Description
The juxtaposition between my oil paints, and oil from the ground, intrigues me. Though this crude night oil fuels our modern life, it does not create beauty like my preferred artistic medium. The oozing oils create a dark and foreboding mess on the canvas. It is an ominous warning of our choices.
