A sullen orange figure peers through an open blue doorway. Sent there by an accusatory arrow pushing him forth, the apparition considers a beautiful spring scene. Largely hidden from view, we cannot quite understand his hesitation to embrace the light and warmth of the outdoors. We cannot see what he sees.
